Every dog is different — and effective training starts with understanding the dog in front of us.
Before beginning training with R&M Elite Dog Training, we start with a comprehensive 90-minute in-home Behavioural & Training Assessment.
During your assessment, we'll take the time to understand your dog, the challenges you're experiencing and what you ultimately want life with your dog to look like. We'll assess their behaviour, existing training and relationship with you before beginning to establish a clear path forward.
You'll leave the assessment with a better understanding of your dog's behaviour, practical guidance you can begin implementing immediately and a clear plan for what comes next.

A comprehensive evaluation of your dog's behaviour and existing training
Discussion of the challenges you're experiencing and the goals you want to achieve
Observation of your dog in their normal home environment
Assessment of your communication and relationship with your dog
Initial practical training and guidance

What Happens After the Assessment?
If we believe we're the right fit for you and your dog, we'll discuss how our Complete Training Programme can be tailored to your individual needs.
Whether you're dealing with serious behavioural problems, struggling with everyday obedience, or looking to achieve reliable off-leash freedom, your training will be built around where your dog is now and where you want them to be.
If you decide to continue into the programme, the cost of your assessment will be credited towards your programme fee.
